Fuck, he sure is, and glad for it! Gotta love those tiny details fitting in with the stylized shading, especially the face. However, those eyes, they remind me of something... something sinister... a Story that should be forgotten...

Or it's just similar to the 3D Lupin movie, which was the bees knees!
