Anyone aware of a merch service, like Redbubble or Teespring, but for making pins/badges?
Ever since I started doing those vignette illustrations based on my favorite games, I've wondered if I could do little badges also based on videogames I really like. Mostly for myself, so that I could basically have Pokémon Gym-style badges, that I could pin to a cushioned frame and hang on my wall. But if people were to be interested, I could maybe put those up for sale.

From experience it's hard to find if you're only want to make a couple of them, because usually each pin requires a custom mould.
Most of the manufacturers only offfer interesting prices if you're looking to make 50+ pins. Depending on size and color variety it costs around 200$ / 300$ for a production run of 50-100 pins. Ofc the more pins you make the lower the cost per unit becomes

You bring up some very good points. Especially if they each have a custom shape, it's not gonna be easy to mass produce...
